Any cancellations for hair and nails that happen within 24 hours, the client will be charged 100% of the service cost. Any HAIR services that are canceled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost. Anyone who "no-shows" their appointment will be charged 100% of their service. We understand that things happen and it is often out of our control, so please keep an open line of communication with your service provider! We will try to work with you to the best of our ability!
